Sphere will publish its annual reports and interim financial reports on its website.  At present it has published no annual reports or interim financial reports since its admission to AIM.

The AIM admission document, which is published as a Constutional Document on this website, contains historic financial information for the three years ended 31 December 2008, 2009 and 2010 and for the 6 month periods ended 30 June 2010 and 2011. That document also contains a pro forma statement of financial position to illustrate the effect of the funds raised in November 2011 and the Admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to AIM.

Sphere's financial year end is 31 December.
